Zinio for Libraries

The Lake County Library System in partnership with RBdigital from Recorded Books, is pleased to announce Zinio for Libraries. Awarded Best New Database of 2012 by Library Journal, Zinio is the world’s largest newsstand, offering access to popular publications. Newsweek, Rolling Stone, Cosmopolitan, “O” Magazine, US Weekly, Popular Mechanics, PC World, Newsweek, The Food Network, Good Housekeeping, ESPN, Discover and National Geographic are just a few of the popular titles available.

Now that summer is officially here, it’s a great time to take a look at these magazines for recipes for great summer food. The Food Network Magazine is America’s best-selling food magazine on newsstands—and every food lover’s essential handbook: Each issue is packed with star recipes and tips, behind-the-scenes scoops and fun, creative ideas for home cooks. This issue includes cool summer desserts and sides with 109 recipes and bonus recipes for 50 grilled steaks.

Every Day with Rachel Ray is filled with Rachael’s 30-Minute Meals, plus more recipes, menu planners, party ideas, tasty trips and Rach’s faves for style, home, and gotta-have gadgets.
