Join Us In Promoting Florida's Libraries! Save the Date: January 30th, 2013!!!

Florida Library Association (FLA) and Florida's Division of Library and Information Services are once again organizing Greetings from Florida - Florida Library Snapshot Day on Wednesday, January 30, 2013. This event is part of a broader effort organized by the American Library Association. This event is a statewide initiative celebrating Florida’s libraries. Library Snapshot Day provides a tool for librarians and all genres of libraries throughout Florida to showcase what takes place in a single day in their library. This day will bring many activities, programs, and increase awareness of the services and resources found in your library. Please check with your local library for their programming schedule.

To maximize the impact of Florida Library Snapshot Day, we are seeking the participation of Florida's library community: academic libraries, public libraries, special libraries and school media centers.
