Job Counseling Program

Available at four Lake County Libraries
Erika L. Greene

Lake County Library System (LCLS) and Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, Inc. Job Center continue to collaborate to offer a Job Counseling program at local libraries. As expected, the response was overwhelming and the program is available in the East Lake County Library, Leesburg Library, Marion Baysinger Library, and the Paisley County Library.

The goal of the Job Counseling program is to help individuals discover their strengths, market their skills and abilities to employers, develop a resume, learn effective interview skills, and use the internet to find jobs. The job counselor is available to provide information, support, and guidance for individuals looking to get into the job market for the first time or re-invent themselves after having been laid off.

Need help finding a job now? Four Lake County Libraries are offering free meetings with job counselors.  Contact the library of your choice to make an appointment!
