The Marion Baysinger Memorial Library, located at 756 W. Broad Street in Groveland, will act as a host site for the United Way of Lake Sumter Counties, Inc. VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program during the months of January-April 2011, as they offer free tax help for taxpayers who earned $50,000 or less in 2010. Qualified tax preparers will be available at the library by appointment only every Wednesday from 1:30-6:00, Thursdays from 10:00-6:30, and Saturdays from 10:00-3:00 beginning January 19th and ending April 14th.
