Fruitland Park Library has summer programs for people ages 0-95!

Reading in the summertime is fun for all ages. Fruitland Park Library has initiated it's first ever Adult Summer Reading Program. Anyone 18 years and older can sign up to receive one raffle ticket for each book read until August 28. On August 29 at 10:00 a.m. Library staff will draw 3 lucky tickets. Each winner will receive a $25.00 gift certificate to a bookstore.

Teens are also involved with their own reading program this summer. Teens will meet on July 3 and July 17 at 3:00 p.m. to turn in tickets for books read and will enjoy discussion and snacks.

FPL will have a new teen area on the main library floor this year. The area will be dedicated with a grand opening in October 2008.

The Book Club for Adults continues on the third Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m. All are welcome to attend.

Mahjong continues on Wednesdays throughout summer at 12:30 p.m.
