East Lake Adult Summer Reading Program

On Tuesday Nights at 6 p.m. the East Lake County Library will host a series of programs for adults. Prizes will be raffled off for those who attend.

On July 2, “Fear No One” Join Ron Tomassi owner of Firearms Freedom for Females in a discussion about personal safety and how to avoid being a victim. This is a free one hour seminar for women. Firearms Freedom for Females, a new local company, is giving this complimentary course about firearms and the use of deadly force. Several helpful and informative handouts will be available including information about the several courses the company offers.

There will be a drawing for prizes for attending the event.

July 9, The Palm Writers Group will present How to Publish an eBook on Amazon.
Members will offer aspiring writers current information on the ins and outs of publishing an eBook on

July 16, the East Lake County Library Book Club will meet. Come and join the discussion. This unique book club allows members to read and share thoughts on their favorite books.

July 23, Staff will be Library Murder Mystery. A staff member will be murdered in the library and attendees will have to find clues to solve the case. This will be an interactive event that will have refreshments and a lot of fun.
