WellFlorida Council and South Lake Hospital invite residents to attend a discussion group on health and healthcare. Participants are encouraged to share their perceptions, experiences and opinions about health care services offered locally. Participants will receive $20 each in exchange for their time. Participants’ views will be confidential and are needed for a community health-needs assessment.
